Refund policy
At Carajitos Club, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Because each product is created especially for you after your order is placed, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Please review product details, sizing information, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact page. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when possible.
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our production partner to offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Lost packages
If tracking shows that your package has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, contact us through our Contact page so we can review the shipment status. We may need to confirm the shipping address and carrier tracking information before determining the next step.
Wrong address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we may not be able to offer a refund or free replacement.
Size exchanges
Since our products are made to order, we cannot offer free size exchanges. Please check the size guide before purchasing.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
