We want you to feel good about your Carajitos Club order. Because our products are made to order, returns and exchanges work a little differently than traditional retail.

Made-to-order items

Each item is printed after it is purchased, so we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or accidental orders.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and work toward a fair solution.

Size issues

Please review the size guide before ordering. Measurements can vary slightly by product, so choosing the right size before checkout is the best way to avoid disappointment.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders may move into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us right away. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
